Do a good deed?

Do a good deed today. Doing good deeds require little time and little money. For a small sacrifice you can brighten someone’s day by making them feel seen and appreciated. In return you will also feel good. Doing good deeds helps you move your focus off of yourself towards others. Studies show that one good deed leads to another. If you perform a generous or kind act, you are likely to be happier. The happier you feel, the more likely you are to do another kind act.
