Why so HARD

I’m on my way to the gym and I can’t stop thinking about smoked chicken wings from Shane’s. (Sigh) What happened to me and why did this become such a chore. There was a time when I found joy in working out and I was all about that gym life. Since motherhood it just hasn’t been the same. I just can’t find the time. When I do have the time I just don’t have the energy. With that being said I have to make a way. Sometimes you have to do what you don’t like to get results.

So I thought maybe it would be easier for me if I blogged this journey. I need the accountability to help keep me on track. I will finish out the year tracking my entire process. During this journey I will post my workout plans and the recipes I try. Stay tuned for weekly checkins: pics, videos, and journals.
